Tag Yourself: The Game
Tag Yrself began as a collective in 2023, when myself, Katie Wilks and Lucy Stewart collaborated to create a demo for a choose-your-own adventure indie game.
Drawing from our shared experiences with NHS mental health services, the game was a satirical approach to raising awareness for mental health support and fundraising efforts.
Drunk Aliens: The Card Game
After our foray into video games, we decided to bring things back to Earth - with an alien twist.
Drunk Aliens is a Top Trumps-esque drinking card game, featuring a cast of alien characters who, in their quest to go undetected, disguise themselves as members of the British public.
The alien characters are inspired by the pub regulars we grew up around, in three different spots of working-class Britain. Despite our differences in slang (is a child a sprog, a bairn or a wain?) we all have similar stories of our own hometown heroes, who have influenced each of our lovingly satirical illustrations.
We even went back for a sequel to create Drunk Aliens 2: Aliens Abroad, which follows our disguised alien characters to a sunny all-inclusive. What on Earth will they get up to?
